Optimum Corporate Solutions ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to optimumcorporates.com and all services we provide from our Dubai office.

  • For active engagements — passport copies, visa documents, financial information required for licensing, banking and tax filings
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited (via standard server logs and basic analytics)

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and schedule consultations
  • Deliver the services you’ve engaged us for (licensing, visas, tax, accounting)
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law (FTA, MOL, GDRFA, anti-money-laundering rules)
  • Improve our website and services

3. Who we share data with

We share data only with:

  • UAE government authorities (DET, free-zone authorities, FTA, GDRFA, MOL) as required to deliver licensed services
  • Banking partners introduced as part of bank-account-opening engagements (with your consent)
  • Trusted sub-processors (cloud accounting platforms, e-signature services) under data-processing agreements

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

4. Data retention

We retain client data for the duration of our engagement plus a regulatory minimum of 5–7 years (per UAE FTA and AML record-keeping requirements). After that, we delete or anonymise records that are no longer required.

5. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) are retained for 30 days for security purposes.

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest) and limit data access to engagement-relevant team members. Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure — please report any concerns to info@optimumcorporates.com.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. For material changes, we’ll notify active clients by email.
